1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 5555bat platform (available at 5555bat.im and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 5555bat platform. Your continued use of 5555bat after any amendment to these terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended 5555bat account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.

5555bat reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account without prior notice if eligibility requirements are not met or if documentation requested for verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 5555bat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 5555bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised. 5555bat will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must keep your contact information, including your email address and phone number, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not attempt to transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other individual. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Dormant accounts — those showing no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure at 5555bat's discretion, subject to applicable regulations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5555bat supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 5555bat platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 5555bat does not accept third-party deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period of one to five business days depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks.
• 5555bat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined internally. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, including stolen payment instruments, will be confiscated and the relevant authorities notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5555bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within a defined period from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Cricket betting and slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 5555bat — including cricket betting markets, PSL match specials, casino games, slots, Dragon and Tiger, and Super Bingo — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding only once you receive a confirmation from the 5555bat platform. Pending or unconfirmed bets are not binding.
• In the event of a technical failure, server error, or network interruption that results in a bet not being correctly recorded, 5555bat reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect due to data feed issues — will result in bets being voided regardless of outcome.
• For live in-play cricket betting, 5555bat may suspend markets at any time during an over or at the fall of a wicket. Bets placed after the triggering event but before the market suspension is reflected on your screen may be voided at 5555bat's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• 5555bat reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or restrict betting access for any individual player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5555bat platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 5555bat, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including in live casino games, poker variants, or peer-to-peer betting.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

• Using fraudulent or stolen payment instruments to fund your account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.

8 Responsible Gaming

This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 5555bat content without prior written authorisation from 5555bat.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5555bat and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 5555bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account information resulting from events beyond 5555bat's reasonable control.

In no event shall 5555bat's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5555bat account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
